Every woman I’ve spoken to wants to know how to get a slimmer waistline FAST for women. It’s very important to know that most abdominal exercises don’t work, and among those that work, you need to perform them properly. First and foremost, you want to make sure that you’re sucking in your lower belly and stay in that ‘sucked in’ position before performing any abdominal exercise. It’s very important to know that if you do not do this, your belly muscles will get used to automatically ‘puffing’ out your stomach naturally. That is bad if you want a slim stomach. If you want to get a ‘naturally’ flexed stomach, you want to get used to this sucking in motion. Models who look like their stomachs are super flat and toned are just toned, and constantly flexing. When you’re used to this sucking in and flexing motion, you will be able to do it naturally without much effort or thinking about it. Secondly, perform lower abdominal exercises only. Don’t bother wasting your time with upper abdominal exercises. This is because upper abs exercises don’t work out your lower abs, while lower abs exercises workout your entire abs. If you were to do upper abs and low abs exercises, you will feel too fatigued by the time you perform lower abs exercises, and you will then be able to do less. That’s bad. Why bother wasting any time at ALL with upper abs exercises? Lower ones are the best!

Third of all, make sure to do ONLY interval sprinting for cardio. Never ever do jogging. What a waste of time. Interval sprinting is intense enough to help you get into the state of fat burning, and it’s also a time saver because you will be able to get more intense exercises done without wasting so much time on it! Interval sprinting is the best fat burning exercise ever.
